Symple has announced a new integration with Street CRM, powered by GlueDog and available as a Chrome extension, allowing letting agents to manage compliance services directly from within their existing CRM environment.
The integration enables users to order Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs, EPCs, boiler servicing, and non-emergency maintenance services without leaving Street, helping agencies reduce manual administration and improve operational efficiency.
The collaboration brings together three leading PropTech platforms — Symple, Street, and GlueDog — to create a more connected workflow for modern letting agents.
About the Integration
Powered by GlueDog and working as a Chrome extension, the integration allows Street users to access Symple's compliance and maintenance services directly from within property records inside their CRM.
Property information is automatically surfaced within the workflow, removing the need for duplicate data entry and manual administration.
Agents can:
- Order Gas Safety Certificates
- Book EICRs
- Arrange EPCs
- Schedule boiler servicing
- Raise non-emergency gas, plumbing and electrical callouts
Once a job has been ordered, Symple manages the process from start to finish, including contractor allocation, tenant access coordination, appointment scheduling, and certificate collection.
Completed certificates are automatically synced back into Street, creating a seamless compliance workflow and reducing the need for manual uploads.
